Suitability Requirements

Who this is is suitable for:

  • Smokers wanting to quit for themselves
  • Smokers who are committed to quitting     
  • Smokers with an average or above intelligence
  • Smokers who are willing to be hypnotised by accepting and following hypnotic suggestions (which should be easy if you are committed to quitting).

Who this is NOT suitable for: 

  • Smokers who don't want to quit (They must want to quit and be willing to accept and follow hypnotic suggestions).
  • Smokers only wanting to quit because they have been badgered by others to quit. (They must want to quit for themselves too).
  • Smokers 'trying' it. (Mindset is critical - no hope or try, smokers must have with a mindset before the session of it WILL work, and I can help build that mindset for you if it's currently lacking).
  • Smokers under the influence of alcohol or mind altering drugs, or of below average intelligence.(They must be alert and willing to accept and follow the hypnotic suggestions).

What to Expect After a Session

About 30%+ of people after the session feel as if they have never had a cigarette in their lives. They don’t think about cigarettes ever again. They go through life as if cigarettes don’t exist. Now I’d love to suggest that’s how you will respond, although I have no way of knowing that.

 Another 30%+ will feel great. They have no cravings, but a week or so may go by and they might be finishing up a meal, going to the bar and they have a fleeting thought about a cigarette. As quickly as the thought comes, the thought is gone. And they will go about doing what they were doing.

The last 30%+ are people who have to be aware that there are things that could try and trick them into having a cigarette. They might be getting into the car or having a cup of coffee. “I’d really like a smoke, yes, no, yes, no. No, I’m a fresh air breathing person.” As long as they remember to say no to that cigarette, and yes to clean air, they’ll be fine. You can stand up and do something else for a bit.

 If you leave your session looking for a reason and excuse to start smoking again, you will probably find one. If you are committed to remaining a non-smoker, you will simply decide not to have one as you do not feel like one anymore. So that leaves the remaining 10%. 5% probably never really wanted to quit and another 5% may need to come back for a further session and that’s totally fine, but rare.
